Porcelain
Josette was born July 2018.
She is crafted using fine quality porcelain, and has been hand painted with China Paints, so it will never wear off. Her hair is tibetan lambs wool, and her clothes are made from cottons, silks and lace. Her shoes are made from leather. Her body is a soft body, filled with river sand. Her lower arms are porcelain and are gently poseable. Her legs are porcelain from knee down.
She stands approximately 38-40cm tall.

My dolls are created with much love and attention to detail, each having their own personality which they decide as I create them. Each one is truly One of a Kind and will never be replicated. This doll is made from Porcelain of which I hand sculpt the original design, create molds and cast in porcelain slip. I use natural fibres such as Tibetan Lamb or Alpaca, fine silks, linens and cottons and laces. Some pieces may be hand dyed. They are painted using China Paints.
